The theme for the 2024 Carolina Data Challenge is Travel! Students will work in teams to create data science projects using datasets surrounding this theme.
Teams will get the change to work on a project focusing on one of five tracks:
Each team will choose one track to create a data science project for!
Each track has one accompanying dataset to explore. Each dataset will have varying difficulties, unique challenges, and interesting insights. If you are more of a beginner, it may be helpful for your team to select a less advanced dataset. Explore all of the datasets to see which one you would be most interested in.

Each track has prizes for 1st and 2nd place! If you submit a winning project in your track, all of your team members will receive that price.
